This tool allows one to compare viral peptide presentation
by a given list of HLA molecules between two SARS-CoV-2 variants.
Input an abitrary comma-separated list of alleles, e.g.,
HLA-A*01:01, HLA-B*07:02, HLA-C*01:02, HLA-DRB1*01:01,
HLA-DPA1*01:03/DPB1*02:01,
HLA-DQA1*01:01/DQB1*02:01.
Note that it is not necessary to use all genes
(i.e., only two alleles could be specified).
